Same model, different sizes.

Katherine is the largest version of the series with Tara Folks' signature braided handle and long studded strap. Kate, the medium size, can be worn casually as a cross bag with a long removable strap or can be carried by hand for a more stylish and elegant look. Katy is the smallest size of the series with a delicate chain to wear for more fancy occasions.

"Katherine" gets her name from Shakespear's "Taming of the Shrew" play.  She represents a wild character who isn't meant to be tamed and need to run free until she finds similar ones just as wild to run with.
